We are a medication-assisted outpatient treatment center. We are open 5 days per week from 8 am to 5 pm. We offer a 24-hour hotline for all of our patients in case they need us after hours. Dr. Haidak has been serving the local communities for 6 years. We are licensed by the state of Tennessee Mental Health and Substance abuse department. We are happy to help anyone.
