FSRC provides screening, assessment, Intensive outpatient treatment (IOP), outpatient (OP) and medication assisted treatment (MAT) to clients. Services are provided at the following addresses: • 1950 Madison Avenue, Memphis TN 38104 (Main Office) • 300 N. Bellevue, Memphis TN 38104 (Judicare) • 115 Guffey Street, Celina, TN 38551 (Clay County Office) • 400 West Lake Avenue, Celina, TN 38551 (Clay County Jail) FSRC serves primarily the City of Memphis, Shelby County, Clay County and surrounding areas. Our target group is adults who are addicted to drugs and/or alcohol, and/or have a co-occurring mental health disorder.

Referral / Admission
- Admission criteria
- To be accepted into the First Step Recovery Center’s Intensive Outpatient program or the Medications Assisted Treatment Program (MAT), the client must: 1. Have a drug and/or alcohol dependency, with or without a co-occurring mental health or emotional disorder; and 2. Be free from any severe medical and/or psychiatric problems that would interfere with treatment; and 3. Be 18 years of age or older; and 4. Be a resident of the State of Tennessee. 5. For MAT services, the client must have an opioid use disorder (OUD)
