We are an outpatient treatment facility for mental health disorders and addiction. We have Terri Baker, LPC-MHSP, who offers individual and group therapy. We also have Charles Freed, MD, a psychiatrist Boarded in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. We also have Michael Dao, MD who is Boarded in Addiction Medicine.

- We treat those with addiction issues, trauma, depression, and anxiety in an outpatient environment.
- Referral process
- Just call our office manager, TeAna Morales, at 615 970-1824 and she will assist with setting up an appointment for your patient/client.
