Referral / Admission
- All patient complete a prescreen that is reviews by a medical provider prior to admission.
- Recovery Unplugged has 24/7 availability for admissions. For perspective patients they can call 615-616-9685.

- It is preferred and recommended that patient bring their medications to treatment. Some narcotics may not be allowed to continue.
