We are a licensed Substance Abuse and Mental Health Facility and OBOT (Opioid buprenorphine Outpatient Treatment Facility) and provide Medical Assisted Treatment (Buprenorphine and Vivitrol) and counseling to patients with Opioid use Disorder, Alcohol Use Disorder and other substances. We also provide Intensive Outpatient Services and Menthal Health Services. Our program provides patients with an individualized treatment plan geared to treat the "whole patient". Our entire support team is dedicated to helping patients achieve their recovery goals. We are in network for Medicare, Medicaid, and most all Commercial Insurance plans.
