Charlie Health’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): A virtual, evidence-based mental health treatment program for children and adults (ages 8–64) struggling with serious mental health challenges or Substance Use Disorder. Includes individual therapy, family therapy, and group sessions tailored to each client’s needs. Charlie Health specializes in treating a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, suicidal ideation, substance use, and other mood and behavioral disorders.
