We are a telehealth suboxone clinic. Are you a TN resident with a valid TN ID card? Do you have a working phone or computer with a camera? You could qualify for treatment at no cost all from the comfort of your home! These are the following insurances we accept: Medicaid/Tenncare (Bluecare, Amerigroup and United Healthcare), Ambetter, commercial BlueCrossBlueShield, commercial United Healthcare and Medicare. Please fill out a New Patient Packet found at the top right corner of our website, nationaladdictionspecialists.com. After submitting the required paperwork, a specialist will try to see you as soon as possible. Remember to provide an insurance card front & back and a valid TN license or ID card.
