Fresh Start Medicine Fresh Start Medicine is an outpatient healthcare practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based treatment for individuals affected by substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Our mission is to help patients achieve lasting recovery by addressing the physical, emotional, and behavioral aspects of addiction through comprehensive, patient-centered care. Our multidisciplinary team works closely with each patient to develop individualized treatment plans that promote long-term wellness, improve quality of life, and support sustainable recovery in a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment. Services Offered Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid and alcohol use disorders Individual counseling utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches Group therapy focused on relapse prevention, recovery skills, and peer support Comprehensive substance use assessments and treatment planning Mental health counseling for co-occurring disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management Case management and care coordination to connect patients with community resources Primary care services to address general medical needs and support whole-person health Naloxone (Narcan) education and overdose prevention training Relapse prevention planning and recovery support Telehealth services for eligible patients Referrals to specialty medical, psychiatric, and community resources when appropriate Fresh Start Medicine believes recovery is possible for everyone.
