We provide compassionate, evidence-based outpatient treatment for anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and the full spectrum of eating disorders. Our diverse team offers extensive expertise, clinical expertise, cultural awareness, and a deep commitment to supporting individuals and families throughout recovery. The center itself feels warm and welcoming, designed to foster comfort and calm as part of the healing process. Just outside the city, our location combines Nashville’s accessibility with the peacefulness of a suburban setting. We offer a full range of programming tailored to each patient's needs including: Day Treatment (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient Services. Our multidisciplinary team includes therapists, dietitians, and medical professionals who deliver care through The Renfrew Center’s Unified Treatment Model for Eating Disorders®, an evidence-based, transdiagnostic approach grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and relational-cultural principles.
