We provide outpatient mental health counseling. Both in-office and telehealth appointments are available. We are a faith-based practice, but can also offer counseling that does not address Christian beliefs. We trust the client to share what will be the best fit for them in the counseling process. We serve individuals, (children, teens, adults), couples, and families. We use many approaches, tailored to the needs of the client. These include CBT, DBT, Attachment, Narrative, Solution-focused, Psychodynamic, EMDR, and more.
