Upon formation of Catalyst Health Solutions (CHS) in 2013, a policy of transparency and community involvement was established and is maintained through outreach activities and collaborating with local education institutions, law enforcement services, area legislatures, and non-profit agencies. Currently, CHS serves the communities in Upper East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia with a team of devoted healthcare professionals. CHS is a multi-disciplinary practice providing services for opioid dependency and other substance use disorders to include methamphetamine, alcohol, and benzodiazepine abuse. Supportive services include psychiatry, case management, individual and group counseling, and social work. Mission: Provide exceptional care and resources to each patient to meet individualized goals. Vision: Increase access to treatment through stigma reduction, education, and outreach.
