About

Beacons of Hope provides a holistic patient-centered approach with a plethora of services, which include, but are not limited to the following: Mental Health: PCL-5 checklist, a PCL-5 Checklist (PTSD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Comprehensive, Bio-psychosocial, and American Social of Addiction Medicine,(ASAM), along with addiction assessments, and drug screens. Addiction treatment includes: Intensive Outpatient, Outpatient, Peer Support, Group therapy, family and individual counseling, Case Management, Court ordered treatment, along with referrals from the Department of Community-Based Services
