Crossroads Counseling provides assessments and counseling for individuals, couples, families, and groups, in mental health, substance abuse (outpatient & intensive outpatient), domestic violence, anger mgmt., and parenting. We are fully Telehealth. We also operate Blue Waters Assessment & Testing Services which provides urine drug screen collection.
