Crossroads Counseling Services
Crossroads Counseling provides assessments and counseling for individuals, couples, families, and groups, in mental health, substance abuse (outpatient & intensive outpatient), domestic violence, anger mgmt., parenting, and DUI programs. We work with children(6yo+) and adults. We have offices in Lexington, Nicholasville, and Versailles. We also operate Blue Waters Assessment & Testing Services which provides urine drug screen collection for $20.
