- Admission criteria
- Be 18 years of age, Meet ASAM criteria for residential treatment, Meet substance dependence (ICD 10) for at least one substance, Have no convictions which resulted in being placed on sex offender registry, Be a resident of Kentucky, Have active Medicaid insurance, Have stable medical condition, lacking need for immediate and urgent medical care
