The mission of Genesis Residential Treatment is to improve the quality of life for KY residents by providing substance abuse and mental health treatment for those who have co-occurring disorders and are in need of mental/emotional support, residence and are at high risk for relapse.

    • Be 18 years of age, Meet ASAM criteria for residential treatment, Meet substance dependence (ICD 10) for at least one substance, Have no convictions which resulted in being placed on sex offender registry, Be a resident of Kentucky, Have active Medicaid insurance, Have stable medical condition, lacking need for immediate and urgent medical care
