Referral / Admission
- Admission criteria
- At least 18 years of age, Meet ASAM criteria for residential treatment on a 3.5 level of care, Meet substance dependence (ICD-10) for at least one substance, Have no convictions which resulted in being placed on sex offender registry, Be a resident of Kentucky, Have active Kentucky Medicaid insurance or meet qualification for Medicaid, Stable medical condition that lacks the need for immediate/urgent medical care.
