Hope in the Mountains
We have short, intermediate and longer term programs. Clients desiring MOUD other than vivitrol will be referred to a clinic that we have a collaborative agreement with. We also offer Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient as well as Targeted Case Management Services. We do group and individual counseling. We attend self-meetings. Our staff is both professional MSW, LCADC, LPCA, BS and M.Ed., and peer support specialists. Clients may also work on their GED while in our facility as Big Sandy Community and Technical College provides an instructor from their adult education department.
