Referral / Admission
- Admission criteria
- At least one year of progressive opioid dependence, over 18 years of age, and ability to adhere to treatment protocols.
- Referral process
- No referral required.

- As long as the person served has a qualified mental health provider and will sign releases so that we can coordinate care, we will work with an individual with prescription medication.
