Communicare, Inc. has been a premier provider of behavioral health services in Kentucky's heartland since 1967. Our dedicated, professional staff strives to ensure quality behavioral health care to the citizens in our communities. With facilities throughout the eight counties in the Lincoln Trail area, we offer convenient access for those with mental illness, behavioral health, developmental and intellectual disabilities, developmental delays, and chemical dependency. Communicare is one of fourteen community Kentucky mental health centers providing behavioral health, developmental disabilities and substance abuse services in the Lincoln Trail ADD District. This district includes the counties of Breckinridge, Grayson, Hardin, LaRue, Marion, Meade, Nelson and Washington.
