Referral / Admission

    • Must meet ASAM criteria for level of care. A substance use disorder that is moderate or severe is a prerequisite.
  • Referral process
    • Referrals are made by our outpatient clinics. If the referral comes from outside our region, then a referral can be made directly to the facility.
