Horizon Health is more than just a treatment facility. We are a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization that offers a full-service addiction treatment center and recovery campus, eliminating many of the barriers to care. Rather than having a singular focus to a complex disease, Horizon Health is tackling substance use dependency and addiction head-on from every angle using innovative approaches and new technologies to eliminate barriers to care, while driving real and lasting change in communities throughout our region. Horizon Health is taking a revolutionary approach to tackling substance use dependency and addiction treatment and focusing on public awareness, education, and prevention.
