About

Four Rivers Behavioral Health is a Community Mental Health Center. The Lakes Office is located in Murray and provides both traditional outpatient and intensive outpatient services for SU disorders. In addition there are services for mental health and co-occurring disorders. Along with individual, group and family/couples treatment we also provide medication management services.
