UK HealthCare - PATHways Program
About
UK PATHways Program is a comprehensive obstetric program that provides prenatal care and postpartum follow-up for women with substance use disorders. UK PATHways provides medically assisted treatment; peer support, smoking cessation, prenatal education, case management, group, and individual therapy. Obstetric care, along with medically assisted treatment, in the form of buprenorphine is provided for mothers through a phased system of care that includes addiction medicine, nurse navigation, peer support, substance abuse groups and individual counseling. We are an OBGYN outpatient clinic, with inpatient detox available through UK Hospital. Admission to the program occurs during pregnancy and intakes are generally held within a week of initial contact.
