Four Rivers-Paducah
About
Four Rivers Behavioral Health is a Comprehensive Community Mental Health Center. FRBH provides multiple levels of care for substance use, mental health and co-occurring disorders. At our Paducah location we provide traditional outpatient and intensive outpatient services for both adults and youth. In partnership with ARcare dba KentuckyCare and Dr. John W. Brazzell, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) is available. We utilize a COR-12 (Comprehensive Opioid Response with Twelve Steps) approach to address a consumer's recovery needs. This comprehensive approach includes individual, group and family therapy/education as well as Peer Supports, support groups and other specialized groups. In addition other medication management services are available to address any co-occurring needs. DUI services including assessments and groups are also available.
