House of Hope Kentucky, Inc. retores and transforms the lives of single homeless women in recovery with substance disorder, providing them with transitional housing, compassionate care, support and life skills to help them become self-sufficient, productive citizens.
Definition of Abstinence: some prescribed maintenance medications are allowed depending on the medication. Approval decided on a case by case basis.
