Shepherds Shelter is licensed as an alcohol and other drug entity we provide both short and long term treatment as well as transitional living, and job placement. This 54-bed Faith-Based treatment center is a non-profit organization dedicated to treating the whole person by striving to understand and treat each individual on a medical, psychological and social level. In addition to helping the person as an individual, those affiliated with the treatment center say it's also about reconnecting families.

Referral / Admission

Admission criteria
  • Persons interested in admissions to the program can download the application for admission on our web site shepherdsshelter.com or shepherdsshelter.net and call the facility during regular business hours (859)498-7111 The center also accepts referrals through Operation Unite.
Referral process
  • Referrals are preferred but, not required. We accept Court Ordered Referral's, Walk in's, Casey's Law Referral's, Probation and Parole Referral's, and D.C.B.S Referrals.
