Welcome to Chasing Gratitude, owned and operated by Gratitude Adjustment LLC. We are dedicated to help each client on their own individual journey Recovering from substance abuse by offering individual treatment plans, case management, peer support groups, individual therapy with a licensed therapist, IOP and OP. We are a peer driven community who use recovery principles through SAMHSA to help clients to remove barriers from their lives that keep them from moving forward on a positive path in recovery. Definition of Abstinence: applicants are to be clean from all narcotics or willing to be on medically assisted treatment.
