Transitions operates safe and affordable recovery housing for individuals completing treatment. Housing Case Managers work with residents to address barriers to employment and independent living. We accept individuals on all forms of FDA-approved Medications for Opioid Use Disorders (MOUD).

Definition of Abstinence: Abstinence from illicit drugs and alcohol. MOUD accepted.
