UofL Health - Peace Hospital Adult Outpatient Center
At the Peace Adult Outpatient Center, we offer Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) that are designed to provide the best recovery options for adults 18 years or older. UofL Health Peace Hospital received the 2024 Kentucky Hospital Association (KHA) Quality Award specifically for innovative outcome measures in the Adult Outpatient Programs. This is the 9th time in 12 years that Peace has won the KHA Quality Award. Our programs provide an integrated approach to treatment - addressing both substance use and mental health needs. We have a multi-disciplinary team made up of independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LPCC, LCADC), registered nurses, case manager, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists. We also offer no cost transportation for residents of Jefferson County and have vocational rehab services available on site for our daytime and afternoon IOP/PHP; those services are not available for our evening IOP. We have specialized groups for substance use disorders, mental health disorders, co-occurring SUD/MH, severe and persistent mental illness, and an older adult specialized group. We also offer a fully remote telehealth group for mental health and a hybrid telehealth group for substance use disorders.
