If you're experiencing a crisis, call 988 to reach someone at the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately.
Neartown Sober Living is a great next step for men looking to thrive in a safe, sober environment. Neartown’s guests need to arrive directly from a short-term, long-term or SAP program. Guests must be able to pass a drug screen upon admittance and are subject to random drug screens once enrolled. Men who are guests at Neartown Sober Living will work with both a clinician and case manager to move forward in the recovery process. Men, along with their clinician, will develop an individualized treatment plan. Case management will then assist men as they work through their case plan and work on their goals. Men who are able are expected to work full time and save money, money that will go toward moving out on their own as well as any other financial obligations they may have.
Definition of Abstinence: Each guest is required to be 100% abstinent from drugs and alcohol. A positive drug screen can result in immediate dismissal.
