We are an outpatient physician's office offering medication assisted treatment for people dealing with the disease state of addiction. We are now accepting patients for our Medication Assisted Treatment for Alcohol Use Disorder. CURRENTLY ACCEPTING CIGNA, UNITED HEALTHCARE, PASSPORT, TRADITIONAL KENTUCKY MEDICAID and MEDICARE. Counseling and Psych services available onsite.
