About

I treat individuals, families, couples, adolescents and groups using a variety of techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing and EMDR. I offer a friendly, relaxed and safe atmosphere to help you identify, work toward and begin to apply your goals to your life. I provide additional services including family interventions, family services (including consultation and coaching to help families cope and possibly approach a loved one about their harmful use), DOT substance abuse assessments and gender specific recovery groups for those exiting treatment or needing a supportive therapeutic environment while maintaining recovery. For payment, I accept Anthem, Humana, United Healthcare, Optum, Cigna, Aetna, Value Options and Kentucky Passport as well as private pay and sliding scale based on need.
