Referral / Admission
- Admission criteria
- We see people of all ages. We have licensed therapists who conduct individual, family, and group counseling. We help children, adolescents and adults who are experiencing a wide variety of mental health and/or substance abuse issues. We also offer drug screening services and case management services.
- Referral process
- Referrals can be made online via our website, by phone, fax, or in person. There is a referral form that can be utilized, which is found on our website www.cbiky.org. Once we receive a referral, our friendly staff will contact the potential client in order to set up an appointment for the initial assessment.
