Referral / Admission

  • Admission criteria
    • We see people of all ages. Our multidisciplinary team conducts individual, group and/or family counseling to those needing mental health an/or substance abuse treatment. We also offer drug screening services and case management services.
  • Referral process
    • Referrals can be made online via website, by fax, email, phone or in person. We have a referral form that can be utilized by community partners that can be found on our website. Once we receive a referral, our friendly staff will contact the potential client to set up a date/time for the initial assessment.
