Referral / Admission

Admission criteria

We see people of all ages. Our multidisciplinary team conducts individual, group and/or family counseling to those needing mental health an/or substance abuse treatment. We also offer drug screening services and case management services.

Referral process

Referrals can be made online via website, by fax, email, phone or in person. We have a referral form that can be utilized by community partners that can be found on our website. Once we receive a referral, our friendly staff will contact the potential client to set up a date/time for the initial assessment.
