The Gift House is a faith-based sober living home for women in recovery located in Hardinsburg, Kentucky. We provide a structured, supportive environment where women can rebuild their lives with stability, accountability, and hope. Our program offers safe, substance-free housing combined with individualized case management, peer support, spiritual mentorship, and recovery-focused programming. Residents participate in regular recovery meetings, life skills development, employment and education support, and personal growth activities designed to promote long-term sobriety and independence. We emphasize structure, responsibility, and healthy community. Women are supported in establishing routines, maintaining employment or pursuing education, rebuilding relationships, and developing coping skills rooted in both evidence-based recovery principles and Christian faith. The Gift House is committed to creating a safe, encouraging environment where women can heal, grow, and move forward with purpose. Our goal is not just sobriety, but sustainable transformation.

- Our recommended length of stay is 6–12 months. This timeframe allows residents the opportunity to build a strong foundation in recovery while establishing stability in employment, finances, and daily routines. During this period, women are able to develop healthy coping skills, strengthen accountability, rebuild relationships, and practice independent living within a structured and supportive environment. While each resident’s journey is unique, a 6–12 month stay provides the consistency and time necessary for meaningful, sustainable change.
