Our Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) in Georgetown, located near Lexington, Frankfurt, and Paris in the heart of the Bluegrass region of Central Kentucky, provides methadone, buprenorphine (Suboxone), and counseling to patients struggling addiction to with heroin, fentanyl, kratom, and prescription painkillers.
