Bluegrass Community Health Center is a primary care facility. We offer MAT services as part of comprehensive primary care services. We are a patient centered medical home. We have in-house behavioral health, peer support and treatment groups available.

    • All patients seeking MAT services must establish Bluegrass Community Health Center as their primary care provider. New patients will need a provider visit, psychosocial assessment with behavioral health and pharmacy education appointment before receiving medication.
