About

We provide patient centered treatment to members of our community who struggle with opioid addiction. We are dedicated to helping those in the program overcome addiction and begin or return to a normal life.

Referral / Admission

  • Admission criteria
    • This is an outpatient facility. We require each potential patient to sign and agree to follow our Dr./Patient contract, which outlines our policies for treatment that incorporate state regulations for treating opioid dependence. Expectations include, but not limited to, monthly doctors visit, monthly group counseling, and one-on-one counseling with our license counselor every three months (during scheduled doctors visit).
