Referral / Admission
- Admission criteria
- This is an outpatient facility. We require each potential patient to sign and agree to follow our Dr./Patient contract, which outlines our policies for treatment that incorporate state regulations for treating opioid dependence. Expectations include, but not limited to, monthly doctors visit, monthly group counseling, and one-on-one counseling with our license counselor every three months (during scheduled doctors visit).
