TrueNorth Treatment Center provides functional and transformative substance abuse and mental health treatment in a safe and supportive environment to individuals seeking healing from addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our client-centered care is comprehensive and empowering, providing a framework where individuals can assimilate skills and resources that make long-term recovery possible. When you’re facing mental health and substance abuse issues, you can feel trapped by addiction and its rollercoaster. Recovering from alcohol or drug dependence is a complex journey that also requires addressing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD and other mental health concerns. - Self referrals simply need to call the office to schedule an appointment for evaluation/intake. Court/agency referrals should be sent via email or fax to 270-240-1861
