White House Clinics offers outpatient substance use disorder treatment within an integrated primary care practice, including medication assisted treatment. We utilize a wraparound service delivery model, offering medical care, counseling, and case management services. Our team of Licensed Clinical Social Workers works with patients to develop the skills needed for recovery while our team of medical providers offers comprehensive medical care, utilizing medications such as Vivitrol or Buprenorphine, when appropriate, to treat substance use disorder.

Policies

Referral / Admission

Admission criteria
  • Patients will undergo evaluations with our Behavioral Health and Medical teams prior to receiving Substance Use Disorder services. These occur as two separate appointments, typically within a few days of each other.
Referral process
  • No referral is required. Interested patients should contact our scheduling staff at 855-WH-APPTS to be connected to a representative for our MAT program.

Prescription Medication Policy Details
  • It is expected that patients will also receive their primary care medical services with a White House Clinics provider while participating in Medication Assisted Treatment. WHC medical providers are happy to manage not only treatment needs related to substance use disorder, but also preventative and chronic health care needs.
