Optimal Living Services

About

Outpatient Services include Therapy for individuals, couples, families & adolescents. We specialize in Trauma Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Client Centered Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) & more evidence-based interventions. Targeted Case Management and Peer Support Specialists are readily available. We also offer a Substance Use Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program (SUD IOP) Monday thru Friday, 9am - 12pm & 6pm - 9pm, providing Evidence-based curriculum (Living In Balance, Matrix Model, Seeking Safety, and more). OLS provides Skills Groups such as an Adolescent Issues Group (DBT Skills Group) & an Adult Issues Group (DBT Skills Group). Referrals call the office at 859.785.1030 to schedule an appointment. Optimal Living Services accepts commercial insurance, Medicaid & a sliding scale for cash paying clients.
