About
A Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Master Addiction Counselor, Certified Trauma Treatment Specialist, Substance Abuse Professional, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She is also EMDR Certified and trained in Brainspotting. She began her career in dual diagnosis, treating behavioral health and substance abuse as a Music Therapist-Board Certified in 2000. Sarah now specializes in the treatment of addictions, trauma, anxiety, military issues, human trafficking survivors, and re-entry. This facility is TELEHEALTH only as Sarah is now located in Florida (licensed in both KY and FL).
