CommonHealth Recovery - Frankfort

About

CommonHealth Recovery provides counseling, assessments, and medication management for individuals struggling with Substance Use Disorder. We accept individuals, couples, families, and groups into our program with each person receiving an individual, personalized treatment plan to meet their specific needs. Our outpatient treatment facility allows individuals struggling with addiction and substance abuse to obtain the help they need by participating in our outpatient program, intensive outpatient program (IOP), and/or medication management treatment therapies. We use buprenorphine products (Suboxone) to taper off addiction and substance abuse disorders and avoid withdrawal in connection with counseling and IOP. We also utilize medications such as Vivitrol to treat opioid use disorders and alcohol use disorders along with non-controlled medications to assist with mental health. We are located in Frankfort, KY, and offer in-person visits along with telehealth for convenience and access. Our mission is to provide patient-centered healthcare with excellence in quality, service, and access for a common cause; to live your best. Clients at our center have access to counseling, IOP, Medication Management (Suboxone, Vivitrol, etc.), case management, drug testing, and on-site pharmacy services all in one place. Treatment here is in-network.
