About

We are an outpatient, medication-assisted treatment program with Board-Certified physicians offering evidence-based treatment for a variety of substance abuse disorders in an outpatient setting. Accepting most Medicaid, Medicare, and most Commercial Insurance Plans. We offer the following: Case Management Drug and Alcohol Counseling with a licensed drug and alcohol counselor and clinical social worker. Alcohol use Disorders Benzodiazepine use Disorders General Adult Psychiatry Opioid use Disorder Tobacco Cessation

Referral / Admission

  • Admission criteria
    • Patients seeking treatment may contact us by phone to set an initial screening for services. During this time, we will obtain your photo ID (required) and insurance/payment information as well as gathering basic client information. After our screening process you will be scheduled to meet with one of our prescribers to discuss medication options.

  • Prescription Medication Policy Details
    • Our program does not prescribe any Benzodiazepine medication in the treatment of any psychiatric illness. Additionally, our prescriber's will not prescribe any treatment for Opiate Use Disorder if the patient has an active prescription for benzodiazepines.
