Revive Life House is a nationally accredited and state licensed residential, outpatient and long-term treatment program. We maintain the highest accreditation available for our residential program through the Commission on Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Our residential programs are licensed through the state of Kentucky as a Tier III Alcohol and other Drug Entity (AODE). The Revive Life House residential program provides intensive clinical and recovery-based treatment. Services are based on a therapeutic model, which meet the best-practice standards with continuous improvement as our focus. Revive Life House is now certified through the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM).
